Chicken Parmesan

One of my favorite dishes happens to be the easiest to make. I have alwayed loved Chicken Parmesan,  I like that you can have your pasta sauce and cheese without the pasta if you wish. It's great beacuse you can make this for 1 person or 8, and doesn't take up alot of time. 
4 chicken breast halves, sliced in half
3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs 
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese 
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup marinara sauce


 Preheat Oven to 450°
Line  baking pan with foil; Spray with cooking spray.
Melt  butter in separate bowl. Combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in a bowl.
Brush the butter onto the chicken, then dip into breadcrumb mixture. Place on baking sheet and repeat with the remaining chicken.
Spray a little more cooking oil on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over, bake another 5 minutes. Remove from oven, spoon sauce over chicken and top with shredded cheese. Bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
