Happy Leap Day Everyone!
Leap Day in the states is just another day added to the calendar every 4 years, but in the British Isles Leap Day according to folk lore is the one day a woman gets the 'privilege' to propose marriage to a man.
So ladies if your man has yet to pop that question today is your day!
